On top of my education, I have completed specialised training in dry needling and bring a decade of gym experience to my practice.

Why is it so cheap?

I believe everyone deserves access to quality personal training and massage therapy, not just those who can afford luxury rates. Fitness and wellness shouldn't be out of reach.

I keep my business expenses low by offering my massage services from home and operate independently as a personal trainer at SkyFit24 so I can pass those savings directly to you.

How often should I see you?

For personal training, most clients see the best results with 3 sessions per week, though 1-2 times weekly works for beginners or those on a budget.

For massage therapy, initially, once a week for 3 weeks to treat points of concern, eventually spacing out to every 6 weeks for maintenance.

Why should I try dry needling?
